Welcome to Stonegarden

Founded by Andrew Novak, a seasoned professional with 13 years of service industry experience, which includes roles as General Manager, Assistant GM, and Executive Chef.  Stonegarden is a culinary sanctuary rooted in tradition and passion. Andrew’s journey began at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he honed his skills before embarking on a diverse career that included bartending, barista work, and even starting as a dishwasher way back in high school. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the kitchen, with 4 years of active duty Air Force service and 3 years of network administration supervising in the gas and oil industry in Oklahoma City.

 

Working alongside Andrew is his wife, Bailey Novak, whose degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls brings a well-rounded perspective to our team. Having grown up working in her father’s restaurant in northern Minnesota, and with over 13 years of serving experience and most recently a leadership role as Corporate Service Trainer, Bailey ensures that every guest receives the highest level of hospitality.

 

Together, Andrew and Bailey lead Stonegarden with a dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients, creating unforgettable dishes, and welcoming guests as cherished members of our extended family.
