Founded by Andrew Novak, a seasoned professional with 13 years of service industry experience, which includes roles as General Manager, Assistant GM, and Executive Chef. Stonegarden is a culinary sanctuary rooted in tradition and passion. Andrew’s journey began at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he honed his skills before embarking on a diverse career that included bartending, barista work, and even starting as a dishwasher way back in high school. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the kitchen, with 4 years of active duty Air Force service.
Working alongside Andrew is his wife, Bailey Novak, whose degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls brings a well-rounded perspective to our team. Having grown up working in her father’s restaurant in northern Minnesota, and with over 13 years of serving experience and most recently a leadership role as Corporate Service Trainer, Bailey ensures that every guest receives the highest level of service and hospitality.
